How To Beat The Bloat After The Holiday Season

1. Stay Away From Gas Producing Food and Drinks

Certain drinks and foods are known to cause uncomfortable gas and bloating.

If you’re already experiencing discomfort, be sure to avoid these items:

  • Vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower
  • Beans, lentils, and peas

Let it sit for 2 minutes before drinking.

6. Lemon Juice And Baking Soda

A drink you can whip up at home is baking soda and lemon juice.

This drink is a great way to settle your stomach.

To make it, add the juice of one lemon to a glass of water and add 1 – 2 teaspoons of baking soda.

The drink will begin to bubble (don’t be alarmed, it’s totally normal).
